Day to day, I manage people, develop teams and keep delivery tied to measurable business results.

And I'm still hands-on. My experience spans mobile, web, backend and CI/CD, from architecture to implementation.

What I am useful for

## Where I can help.

- [**People and organisation** I build teams and help engineers become independent owners. I choose technical leaders and prepare successors before the need becomes urgent. How I work with people ↗](https://manaienko.com/how-i-work/#people)
- [**Product and delivery** I turn business priorities into an engineering backlog and make scope and risks clear. When delivery plans stop matching reality, I change how we organise the work. How I work on delivery ↗](https://manaienko.com/how-i-work/#delivery)
- [**Platform and technical economics** I run shared platforms as internal products. I balance short-term and long-term constraints when making architecture, reliability and cost decisions. How I work on platforms ↗](https://manaienko.com/how-i-work/#platform)
- [**Applied AI and engineering productivity** I put AI into real workflows, with the context it needs, evaluations and human review. I compare results against a baseline.
